    Barbershop J (James Smith) found his passion for sports at an early age, when he and his GrandFather would sit down to watch Browns' games on sunny (sometimes snowy) Sunday afternoons. The older he got, the more his passion grew, along with his love for playing what he likes to call, "The 3 Majors"-basketball, baseball, and America's pastime, -- football!!

    After graduating from Ohio University in 1993 with a degree in Communications and realizing his playing career would go no further than intramurals, Barbershop J decided the next best thing would be Sports' Commentary.

    Barbershop J first started talking Sports at a local Barbershop in Cleveland, Ohio (Today's Cut& Style) just for the love of sports' not thinking it could , or would go very far. That is, until a close friend introduced him to ESPN's own Chris Broussard who stopped by one day to discuss and do a piece for ESPN The Mag on who at the time was Cleveland's native son, the one infamous LeBron James.

    Since then, Barbershop J has become a panel member of the More Sports' and Les Levine Sports' Professionals, a local cable Sports' show, along with co-hosting his own internet show " Head to Head", and frequent guest appearances on Cleveland Talks Sports', The Daily Dose, and as an NBA Insider for the TLO Show Live (formerly Triple Threat Show).

Barbershop J is currently on twitter, wordpress, youtube, and putting the finishing touches on his own Sports' Talk show-- The Shop Report.

    Ryan has always had a passion for baseball since the day he was born.  His first words that ever came out of his mouth were "Harry Caray". He is a passionate fan and season ticket holder for the Chicago Cubs but provides great knowledge on all teams throughout the MLB.

    Ryan has been a close friend of TLO ever since high school. Even though TLO and Ryan have different opinions on Chicago baseball teams in the city, the knowledge they have about the game is second to none.

    At Wisconsin Parkside, Ryan is currently enrolled and is studying Sports Management with what he hopes can lead into a successful career into the sports industry.

Ryan has been a reporter for a few years for TLO's radio shows and hopes to continue to provide the best knowledge for the passionate baseball fan.
